If you’re feeling overwhelmed while struggling to adjust to a new life transition, I want you to know:
You Are Worthy
of living a life you truly love
"If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down." —
Roy T. Bennett
Life after the pandemic has been a profound transition for so many of us. The world shifted beneath our feet, leaving us to navigate the weight of uncertainty, loss, and the stress of redefining what "normal" even means. It’s no wonder we’re feeling disconnected, still trying to catch our breath after all that’s happened.
But what if this moment could be the start of something beautiful? Imagine what it would feel like to step into a life that feels truly yours—one where you would embrace joy, gratitude, serenity, inspiration and love. How would it feel to let go of the chaos and design a life that not only supports you, but lights you up from within?
Are you navigating a job or career transition?
Changing jobs or careers, whether by choice or necessity, can feel like losing your identity, and the uncertainty of starting over can be overwhelming.
Are you struggling with parenthood?
Parenting often feels like you’re running on empty—exhausted, burned out, and questioning if you're doing enough. The constant pressure can leave you drained and doubting yourself at every turn.
Are you experiencing relationship hardships?
Relationships can be a rollercoaster of emotions, from deep connection to overwhelming stress. We struggle with uncertainty, heartache, and the pressure of navigating uncharted territory (especially during a breakup).
Even transitions that are supposed to feel liberating, like becoming an empty nester or planning for retirement, can leave you feeling unsettled—wondering what your purpose is now that one chapter of your life has closed.
If any of these experiences resonate with you, you’re not alone. The unknown can be scary, but it can also be the start of something beautiful.
Am I the right coach for you?
Having lived my life embracing my petite stature, 'one-size-fits-all' never worked for me, and it certainly doesn’t apply to my coaching style. So, let’s see if we’d be a good fit…
During every session together, you will feel seen, heard and supported. So if you thrive under a drill sergeant's command, I completely respect that—but I’m not the coach for you. Think of me as a Mamma Bear: fiercely protective of your emotions and dedicated to creating a safe space where you can freely express them.
Are you struggling with mental health issues such as crippling anxiety or debilitating depression? I’m not qualified to help you in those areas. It’s important that you seek the proper professional help, such as with a licensed therapist. It could be possible for us to work together concurrently, but in no way can my services replace seeking professional mental health support.
Are you looking for someone to solve your problems for you? I would never presume to know what’s best for you. But if you’re brave enough to explore new possibilities and bold enough to reflect on your experiences, I can teach you science-backed, evidence-based techniques that will help you find your own solutions.
